Driving past construction sites when I was younger I used to ask myself “how does everyone on that building site know what to do and where to be?” This was mostly at the point when things were very visible, the new building was a concrete structure and fit out was commencing.

I satisfied my curiosity by becoming a civil engineer and completing a Masters of Commerce in Management and Organisational Studies and working in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications and Financial Services.

30+ years later I still enjoy finding out the answer to this question.
